Am tot am\u00e2nat, dar iat\u0103 nout\u0103\u021bi despre disputa mea cu Societatea Rom\u00e2n\u0103 de Radiodifuziune privind taxa radio pentru persoane juridice (pute\u021bi citi episodul 1 aici<\/a>).<\/p>\n

Firma a c\u00e2\u0219tigat procesul \u00een aprilie 2010 \u0219i recursul care a urmat \u00een 2011, iar \u00cenalta Curte de Casa\u021bie \u0219i Justi\u021bie a dispus anularea unor prevederi-cheie din hot\u0103r\u00e2rea de guvern care permite SRR s\u0103 colecteze aceast\u0103 tax\u0103. Toate aceste lucruri au fost publicate \u00een Monitorul Oficial.<\/p>\n

\u00cen concluzie, Codex Publicus (firma care de\u021bine proiectul DEX online) a trimis o scrisoare c\u0103tre SRR prin care solicit\u0103 anularea datoriilor cerute \u0219i un document care s\u0103 ateste acest lucru.<\/p>\n
